As a natural encourager, I believe every person is deserving to live a life of expectant joy, rooted peace, and transformative hope. Being made in the image of a relational God, I believe healing occurs best when we come alongside each other. I’m dedicated to establishing an atmosphere where rest, healing, and growth are tangible realities experienced in the therapy room and in your every day moments.

Hi, I’m

“Compassion means full immersion in the condition of being human.”

Henri Nouwen

I get it…

I spent a significant portion of my adolescent and young adult years navigating addiction, anxiety, anger, insecurity, and relational issues. While I believe growth is a journey not a destination, I have found freedom from the bondage that was once so enslaving. This has developed a deep passion in me to help others find healing from these once familiar emotional, mental, and relational pits.
